Student Success Night--October 10

Madison Metropolitan School District

Madison Metropolitan School District

Please join us Tuesday, October 10, for Randall’s Student Success Night!

The gathering is designed to have students and teachers engage you in an activity around literacy. Conferences or expressions of concerns with teachers are for another time.

Your child will share with you what we call a “link to learning,” which is a way that you can support your child’s learning while working together at home. Our focus will be on reading. Each grade level will offer its own spin on this theme.

Pop into the cafeteria between 5:30 and 7:00 PM to grab a slice of The Glass Nickel pizza(gluten-free option available), served by University of Wisconsin athletes. Classrooms will be open from 5:30 until 6:30 PM, and an ongoing scavenger hunt will also be held at that time to help you meet the Specials teachers and other staff. Pick up the scavenger hunt form in your child’s classroom.

If it works for you, we ask that you add the finishing touch to our Student Success Night by donating a dozen brownies or cookies, maybe one of your family’s favorites or a veggie tray, something easy to serve. Brownies/cookies and veggie trays may be brought to the office throughout the day on October 10 or to the cafeteria when you arrive that evening. Be sure to put your name on any plate/pan you wish to have returned.

Please let us know if you wish us to put you down for pizza and if you plan to share a dessert/veggie tray Randall Student Success Night - RSVP
